The main roads (Stone Mt. and Jones Rd) are restricted to new construction or new modular homes
Side Roads: Maxwell Ln, Gods Country Rd, Dreamers Ln, Z Ln, and McCord Rd. The side roads have less restrictions and welcome mobile homes!
Look for this sign at the beginning of the land, around 300 Stone Mt Rd and Stone Mt. turns into Jones Rd in the middle of a curve. There will be another sign at the end of the land on the next sharp cure with a red and green gate. Make sure it has 501-851-4607 on sign.

General Directions:
Take Mayflower Exit 89 South across Conway Lake, go 4 miles, and make a left on Clinton Road. In 4 miles make a right on Grand Trunk Road, in 2 miles take a right on Moran Road. Moran turns into Rolling Manor 1 block right on Stone Mountain Road. Continue to 280 Stone Mt. Rd, then to 438 Stone Mt. Rd. There will be for sale signs for all of the tracts. Look for a big yellow sign on south side of road!
Directions coming from Little Rock/Jacksonville:
Take HWY 107, 3 miles North of the back side of the Air Force Base, turn left on Jacksonville/Conway Rd.. Go To Batesville Pike .,turn left, 2 blocks turn right on Fortson Rd, stay on Fortson for 5 1/2 miles, turn left on Jones Rd. After 3 miles Jones Rd turns into Stone Mountain Rd. Then, in about a 1/4 a mile you will see a big yellow "for sale" sign. There is land on McCord, Z, Dreamer, Maxwell and all in between these roads. The land on the South side of Stone Mtn. Rd. (tracts 1-37 are for new homes or new double-wide !
